We are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Leverager. In this role you will work with our business information and client acquisition team ensuring that all marketing collateral and client contact is coordinated properly and with an opportunity to contribute to many levels of client planning. In addition, you will liaise with the senior management team coordinating all aspects of our marketing initiatives including process improvement initiatives, administrative team projects, marketing support and backup. We are looking for a smart, creative person with strong written communication skills, organization and attention to detail who has common sense and is diligent. Exceptional candidates will grow their responsibilities over time, limited only by their skills and motivation.

Requirements:


• Individual with excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks


• Excellent writing skills. Those with degrees in Media and Communications & English are encouraged to apply.


• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; general comfort with learning and using new software tools


• Ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high quality work


• High energy and pro-active individual who seeks to contribute and improve efficiency and quality in all areas


• Flexible, open-minded, and comfortable asking questions


• Willing and comfortable to receive constructive feedback


• Organized and analytical approach to research.


• Professional and strong attention to detail


• Likes to be challenged and learn new things





Preferred Candidates would also meet the following criteria:


• College Degree


• Recent college graduates or individuals with experience in a professional business environment in an administrative capacity


• Has familiarity with design software and customer relationship management software
